Overview
The planned unified account will allow users to resume Journey and Coaching, review personal assessments and suggested action plans, manage billing, and control personal data. Not all capabilities are available yet.
What this means
In Coaching development, authenticated users can save and export individual coaching data and request deletion of that stored coaching data. This does not necessarily delete a login, Journey progress, separate couple sessions, backups, or billing records.
Important limitations
Account-wide deletion, data portability, retention schedules, and partner disconnection must be completed and tested before being advertised as available.
